It doesn’t have to be hard or complicated to make a nice delicious caramel apple!! This recipe saved me! I had to make 500 caramel apples for a church carnival…and this one worked great! It was a perfect consistency. Will for sure tries it again and again.

1. Cut your apples in half. Remove stems.
2. Afterwards, you should hollow out each half by coring and shaving away some of the inner apples. (You may want to use a muffin tin to help balance.)
3. Fill with warmed caramel. (You may want to use homemade as me or you can use store-bought and microwave it in 15-second intervals until warmed, as desired)
4. Let the caramel cool and harden. When finished, cut apples into slice and serve. Enjoy!!
