Devil eggs are a popular dish and ideal for holidays, Easter, potlucks, celebrations, and other gatherings.
My favorite devilish egg recipe is a mixture of a few basic ingredients: hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. This is it. Along with a little pinch of paprika, a little burst of flavor.

You’ll need:

+14 hard-cooked eggs.
+1/2 cup mayonnaise.
+1/2 cup sour cream.
+1/3 cup crumbled cooked bacon.
+1/4 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese.
+2 tbsp chopped fresh chives.
+1+1/2 tsp Dijon mustard.
+1 tsp fresh lemon juice.
+1/4 tsp black pepper.


Step 1:Break the eggs lengthways in two. Take the yolks off to a medium bowl. 24 White halves reserve, and finely chop the remaining 4 white halves.
Step 2: Mash the yolks using a big fork. Mix well with the mayonnaise, the mustard, the sour cream, lemon juice, and seasoning.
Step 3: Add mashed white eggs, bacon, cheddar cheese, and chives, and blend well.
Pour the heaping teaspoons of the yolk mixture uniformly onto the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika. AND IT’S DONE!!
