1 – First, paint an oven tray with dimensions 20 cm x 20 cm with a greasy substance to prevent sticking
2- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar and salt together
3- In a graduated bowl, add the yeast to the warm milk, stirring continuously, until the yeast dissolves completely.
4- Now, add the mixture of milk, yeast, egg, vegetable oil and vanilla to the flour mixture and stir them together very well.
5- Then pour this mixture into the tray that you prepared in the first step and leave it aside for 15 minutes.
6- Now, prepare the topping by mixing butter, brown sugar and cinnamon together until you get a homogeneous mixture.
7- Now, put the cinnamon mixture on the dough tray and spread it over it well
8- Then place the tray in the preheated oven at 180 ° C or 350 ° F and leave it for 30 minutes
9- After removing the tray from the oven, leave the cinnamon bread aside to cool down for half an hour as well.
