Best Cauliflower Salad

This Cauliflower Salad is easy and healthy!! PLus this quick and easy salad is very refreshing and contains different vegetables, herbs and fibers👌🤩. One salad that you can serve as a whole meal.

 

  1. +1 head of cauliflower, steamed or boiled until tender in bite size pieces

  2. +6 boiled, peeled, cut into small bite size pieces eggs ( make sure the yolk is mashed then blend)

together

  1. +1/3 cup of miracle whip (You can also use mayonnaise if you prefer) 

  2. +3 tbs of mustard

  3. +3 tbs of pickle relish

  4. +1/8 cup of chopped onion, uncooked + you can use more if desired 

  5. +salt/pepper to taste

 

METHOD :

STEP 1 : 

Make sure to mix all together and garnish with egg slices and parsley.

STEP 2 : 

When finished, chill over night ( 1 cup of cauliflower is only 3 carbs vs 1 cup of potato is 37!!)
